• Morocco will host the tenth edition of the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup™.
  • Korea DPR are the defending champions, having lifted the trophy for a third time by defeating the Netherlands in the 2025 final.
  • This will be the second edition of the tournament with 24 teams: 4 from AFC, 4 from Concacaf, 4 from CONMEBOL, 2 from OFC, 5 from UEFA and 5 from CAF, including the hosts.
  • Morocco is hosting the tournament annually between 2025 and 2029.
